These folks were great. I got injured right before a big trip and someone suggested I go through a local company instead of renting the mobility scooter on site. When I called, the woman explained my options and offered delivery/pickup for $50. When you are short on time $50 is a deal BUT I had time right before my trip. The morning of my trip everything that could go wrong went wrong and they called me to make sure everything was still “ok.” When I got there, I don’t know why but it all the stress and anxiety hit me at once and I wasn’t sure if I even wanted the scooter. I’m 32 not 102. They were very patient with me and kept me on track and even showed me the knee scooter as another option but I knew that the motorized scooter was the right choice. They took the time to show me all the controls and even how to break it down/set it back up making sure to show me all the tricks to make it easier. At one point I got overwhelmed and almost backed out but the owner looked at me in the eye and calmly said “Hey, you can do this.” I calmed down, loaded the scooter with their help and had a great time on my trip. I couldn’t have covered the distance required with my cane. Just keeping off my leg for the weekend was helpful in my recovery. I would use their services again but hopefully, I won’t have to.
Side note: the convention wanted $240 for the three day holiday weekend, and 101 Mobility was $75 for the week for the smaller scooter. If you are going on a cruise or to Disney know that those locations charge much more than these folks.

Customer service is very helpful and courteous. I reall y enjoy the scooter each time I rented. The rental price is very affordable. I love the breakdown of the scooter and 101 mobility takes great care of their product!
The staff at 101 Mobility was wonderful. I was able to obtain, quite easily, a wheelchair for my dad for the weekend of my son's wedding. It was great to be able to do so stress and worry free!! Thank you 101 Mobility!!
I have only had my stair lift for a few days but I am totally pleased with it & the relief it gives me from having to struggle up & down the stairs. From the initial contact with your company sales rep. to the installation of the lift, I could not have asked for more professional or better service.

I haven't actually used your product yet. I have paid one week's rental to reserve a mobility scooter for two weeks beginning June 15. The person I spoke with to make the reservation was very helpful and pleasant.
Product is excellent and Ron is an excellent person. He showed up on time and did a great job of servicing the unit and went above and beyond in explaining what he had to do while he was doing the service.
The stair lift has given us better access to our upstairs bedrooms and baths, and that makes life a lot easier for us. It was delivered when promised and installed with great care. The personnel we dealt with were very polite and professional.
The stairs lift has been a blessing and enjoyment to get out for trips in car. Matthew Becker installed them for me in time for an appointment to the doctor. It beats being brought down in transport chair on a amp. by someone. I appreciate Matthew efficient work.

Matt was very helpful and answered my questions when I rented the scooter. After using it for a week, I decided to purchase one". When I picked up my scooter, David eagerly helped me go over tha assembly again and helped me load it in the car. I was very pleased with the service. Your service has been very good and I have no qualms about your company. However, we seem to be one of the unfortunate people who ended up with a "lemon" in our Bruno chair lift. It seems that about everything that can go wrong has and the lift has not been reliable as we expected.
What I liked most was that the day I called they got a chair out that day. I have to sleep in my chair right now and their promptness in getting the chair out that day really showed a caring for their customers. It took longer to fix my chair than anticipated, but I was able to keep the loaner chair until the project was complete. They were all very friendly and helpful. I would recommend the company to anyone.
They helped our customer out in an emergency situation from a fire loss and needed to have a wheel chair access installed within a few hours. I would highly recommend to use them! Great customer service and quick response.
The scooter was a life saver and the cost was reasonable. David and Matt were more than helpful in my decision on the rental due to my heatlh. I had planned on a week long trip but wasn't sure if I could make it.They told me not to worry that if I couldn't make the trip that I could cancel at any time. I was able to make the trip and it worked out well. Will definitely use them again if needed. Thank you.
P.S. After showing me how to operate the scooter they were nice enough to let me test drive the scooter around several hallways and offices and no accidents!

The contacts that we had with the people at 101 and the installer were very pleasant and helpful. I watched the installer (being retired I had the time) and he was very efficient, clean and careful. We were impressed.
Matt went so far above and beyond what would have been required to accommodate our requests. The flow of communication was smooth and timely. He was willing to stay open late (even tho we arrived late!) He met my Dad with an electric scooter so he would be more comfortable inside the building. Matt made several calls to suppliers after researching the products so that we could locate exactly what we needed. Just wanted to say how happy we are with the new lift. It was brought to my attention yesterday SMC was going to insist on an inspection before they would pay you for the lift. I am so sorry they were going to try to pull that one on you. I am so sick of all the regulations they put on medical equipment that people need. If they refused to pay you for the lift, I would have gone “Hulk” on them! I’m so glad they came to their senses.
